If we place someone you refer, you earn a referral bonus — paid after the referred consultant completes their first 90 days.

Refer
Email info@jsinfos.com with the candidate's name, email, and a short note. Or submit the form (Plan #8).

We vet
We reach out to the candidate, discuss fit, and move them through our standard vetting. No shortcuts — good referrals still need to clear the bench bar.

Placement
If the referred candidate accepts an offer and starts a J&S engagement, you are on the hook to receive the bonus.
- 04
Payout
Bonus pays on the referred consultant's 91st day at the client. We notify you with paperwork when the milestone hits.
Standard referral bonus: $1,500 USD for contract placements; $3,000 for direct-hire placements. Bonuses are grossed up per applicable tax jurisdiction.
