Frequently asked questions

What is the fee structure?
A percentage of the candidate’s first-year base salary, due on start date. Standard in the industry. Exact percentage depends on role seniority and search difficulty — quoted in the MSA.
Is there a guarantee period?
Yes. If the placement leaves or is terminated within 90 days (typical), we run a replacement search at no additional fee.
Do you do exclusive or non-exclusive searches?
Both. Exclusive searches get a higher priority and a dedicated bench lead. Non-exclusive is fine for less time-sensitive searches.
Will I see every candidate you speak with?
No — we filter. You see the shortlist, not the full funnel. We report search activity weekly so you see the pipeline shape even for candidates who did not clear our technical bar.
