Permanent placements for critical IAM and cybersecurity roles.
Full-time FTE placements on your payroll. We source, vet, and present — you interview, decide, and hire. One fee. No retainer.
Signals that this is the right shape.
Leadership roles — IAM program lead, CISO, SOC manager, security architect.
Hard-to-find combinations of skills (e.g., SailPoint IdentityIQ + Java dev + healthcare experience).
Culture-sensitive roles where retention matters more than time-to-fill.
Programs that prefer a single fee over an ongoing contract line item.
End-to-end in one view.
- 1Step 1
Intake + calibration
A 45-minute call to understand the role, the team, the comp band, and the must-haves versus nice-to-haves.
- 2Step 2
Passive-market sourcing
We reach out to our network — including specialists not actively looking. Typical shortlist: 3 to 5 candidates in 7 to 10 days.
- 3Step 3
Technical interviews
A bench lead in your domain runs a technical interview before the candidate reaches you. No keyword-matching, no generic recruiter screens.
- 4Step 4
Offer + close
We run reference checks, coach the candidate through resignation, and stay close through day one. Our placements rarely fall apart at the offer stage.
Frequently asked questions
- What is the fee structure?
- A percentage of the candidate’s first-year base salary, due on start date. Standard in the industry. Exact percentage depends on role seniority and search difficulty — quoted in the MSA.
- Is there a guarantee period?
- Yes. If the placement leaves or is terminated within 90 days (typical), we run a replacement search at no additional fee.
- Do you do exclusive or non-exclusive searches?
- Both. Exclusive searches get a higher priority and a dedicated bench lead. Non-exclusive is fine for less time-sensitive searches.
- Will I see every candidate you speak with?
- No — we filter. You see the shortlist, not the full funnel. We report search activity weekly so you see the pipeline shape even for candidates who did not clear our technical bar.
