    Pod stand-up

    J&S staffs the pod — typically a delivery lead, 2 to 4 specialists, and a part-time architect. We run it. You review at milestones.

How do you price managed services?
Fixed price per milestone, tied to acceptance criteria. Change requests are priced and approved before work begins — no end-of-project invoice surprises.
Who owns the pod day-to-day?
J&S. Our delivery lead runs stand-ups, prioritizes backlog, and reports at milestones. Your team reviews and approves — you do not have to manage ours.
What happens if scope changes?
We run a change-request process — impact assessment, revised price, revised timeline. Signed by both sides before work starts on the change.
Can we flex to staff augmentation mid-engagement?
Yes. Some pods convert to contract staffing once the initial outcome is delivered, if the client wants ongoing specialist depth without re-running the scoping workshop.
