How each gate works.
- 01Screen
Recruiter confirms basic fit — stack, seniority, engagement type, salary, work authorization. Sub-30 minute call.
- 02Technical interview
A bench lead (in IAM or cybersecurity) runs a real technical interview — architecture scenarios, hands-on debugging, vendor specifics. Usually 60 to 90 minutes.
- 03Reference check
Two professional references per placement. We ask for peers and managers, not hand-picked friends. We verify timelines and specific projects.
- 04Background check
Standard employment verification, criminal background, and education for direct-hire placements. Contract placements run a lighter identity-verification only unless the client requires otherwise.
